I am honored and privileged to have the Sarpy GOP endorsement for the Papillon LaVista Community Schools Board of Education. Here is my speech: "SARPY GOP ENDORSEMENT REQUEST Hello, I am Loan Eby, and I am running for the Papillion LaVista Community Schools Board of Education. I am running for the school board because I want to be involved in the decision-making process for providing the highest-quality public education possible for the students and making sound, financial, and fiscal decisions for the taxpayers of Papillion La Vista Schools.

I believe in,

• The protection of individual liberties and constitutional rights

• The protection of private property rights.

• The rule of law.

• Open and Transparent Government.

If elected,

• I will obey my Oath of Office.

• I will conduct myself with integrity, competence, professionalism and use common sense.

• I will treat everyone with the utmost respect.

• I will make decisions that I believe will be in the best interest of the students in the district and the tax payers of the district.
